Italian daily newspaper Il Giorno has learned that AC Milan are considering a bid for Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel.
The Rossoneri aim to sign at least another goalkeeper ahead of the 2014/2015 season and they are reportedly closing in on soon-to-be free agent Michael Agazzi.
And Il Giorno now reports that Milan are also showing interest in Leicester City shot-stopper Kasper Schmeichel.
The Dane will also be out of contract in the summer, and he looks set to quit King Power Stadium despite the club securing a return to English Premier League.
Schmeichel, 27, has been earning rave reviews for his performances this season and several Premier League sides look set to join the chase for his signature as well.
AC Milan recorded their fourth successive league victory as they defeated bottom-placed Catania 1-0 and they are priced at 1/4 to extend the winning run against Livorno.
