AC Milan are the latest high-profile club to have joined the chase for Torino full-back Danilo D’Ambrosio, reports Il Corriere dello Sport.
Following some impressive displays in Serie A, the 25-year-old is being linked with a big club move, as AS Roma and Inter Milan are believed to be keen.
However, AC Milan seem to have joined the race as well, with the Rossoneri set to launch a January assault on the player in an attempt to beat their Serie A rivals for his signature.
And while Torino have yet to name their asking price, the Rossoneri have an ace up their sleave seeing as how they can offer a number of quality players in exchange for D’Ambrosio.
Namely, M’Baye Niang, Bryan Cristante, Riccardo Saponara, Cristian Zaccardo and Jherson Vergara are all expected to leave San Siro, and some of these players could move to Turin.
AC Milan face arch rivals Inter Milan in their next league fixture, with the Rossoneri 7/4 to claim maximum points.
