Genoa defender Andreas Granqvist says both AC Milan and Inter are interested in signing him in the upcoming transfer window.
The Sweden international joined Genoa in June 2011, and after a solid first season in Serie A, the defender could well be on his way to play for one of the Milan giants.
“I know I’m on their wish lists,” Granqvist told Swedish newspaper Expressen when quizzed on the Milan-based pair.
“We’ll see what happens. But it shows that I have had a good season at Genoa.
“I will next week meet with my agent Martin Dahlin to speak with him and see my options. But I am happy at Genoa.”
Granqvist was part of Sweden’s Euro 2012 squad and started all three Group D games for Erik Hamren’s men.
