AC Milan are among the clubs interested in signing Fiorentina’s Sofyan Amrabat this summer, according to Tuttosport. Juventus have also been credited with interest in the 27-year-old midfielder.
Amrabat currently plays on loan at Manchester United, but he will not be staying at Old Trafford beyond the end of the season. He is therefore set to return to Florence, where there’s a year remaining on his contract, but his stay there is not expected to last through the summer. Fiorentina will apparently accept an offer between €15m and €18m for his services, and Milan have already taken the first steps towards a potential realization of the transfer by contacting his representatives.
Amrabat has made a total of 26 appearances for United in all competitions this term, without scoring or recording a single assist. He hasn’t been to make the desired impact for Erik ten Hag’s team, who are sliding irresistibly towards a very disappointing season finish.
