The Serie A club AC Milan are currently undergoing a Chinese takeover and the Rossoneri hierarchy has already started making plans for the upcoming January transfer window.
Having invested little money in summer reinforcements, AC Milan are reportedly ready to dig deep in their pockets to boost their squad and improve their chances of winning the first Serie A title since 2011.
Rossoneri have been sitting on margins over the last couple of years, but as Vincenzo Montella is currently enjoying a purple patch with his young squad many fans believe that with a couple of tweaks to the team AC Milan could once again compete for honours.
Montella has made a list of three players as he looks to bring in a centre-back, a creative midfielder and a winger when transfer window reopens.
Mateo Musacchio remains the number one defensive target after the failed summer deal, but the club is also looking at Milan Badelj from Fiorentina and Bayer Leverkusen winger Karim Bellarabi, according to Corriere dello Sport.
Chelsea outcast Cesk Fabregas is also a target to Rossoneri but the Spaniard’s wages and financial terms could prove to be too big of a stumbling block.
