AC Milan are keeping close tabs on Jose Mauri and Andrea Bertolacci, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Rossoneri have already revealed their plans to get rid of as many foreign players as possible and replace them with talented Italian footballers.
And with the likes of De Jong, Essien and Muntari all expected to leave, Milan are currently in the market for midfield reinforcements.
La Gazzetta dello Sport has suggested that Parma hotshot Jose Mauri is one of the first names on their hit-list.
Due to I Ducali’s financial problems and relegation to the second division, the 19-year-old should be available on a cut-price deal in the summer.
At the same time, Milan will attempt to lure Genoa’s Andrea Bertolacci to San Siro as well.
The 24-year-old has been one of club’s star performers this season, having managed 6 goals and 7 assists, helping the Rossoblu close in on Europa League qualification.
