Milan are weighing up a move for Stuttgart defender Cristian Molinaro, Il Corriere dello Sport understands.
Nigerian full-back Taye Taiwo is looking to leave San Siro in January and the Rossoneri want Molinaro to replace him.
The Nigerian international only arrived to Italy in the summer, but he has been unhappy with the lack of first team opportunities at San Siro.
The Rossoneri are, therefore, considering a swoop for Stuttgart defender Cristian Molinaro, who is reportedly interested in a return to Serie A.
The 28-year-old left Juventus for Stuttgart two years ago, but he is now prepared to return to Italy.
