Milan offer Robinho in exchange for Dede; Nani to reject new United deal

Milan offer Robinho in exchange for Dede

La Gazzetta dello Sport understands that AC Milan are readying January bid for Vasco da Gama defender Dede.

Following the dismal start to the season, the Rossoneri are desperate to sign a new central defender in January, with the 24-year-old their number one target.

The Serie A giants have been following the centre-back for quite a while and are convinced he would be a perfect replacement for Thiago Silva.

On FootballTop.com, you can find not only world public rankings of football teams and players but also the latest soccer news.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri are prepared to offer star forward Robinho in exchange for the talented defender.

The problem is that the Brazilian club are not too keen on the swap deal and would rather Milan paid €15 million.

Anderson Vital Da Silva, also known as Dede, is widely regarded as one of the most talented defenders in Brazil and has scored a total of 10 goals in 119 league games for Vasco da Gama.

Dede also has six Brazil caps to his name, although he has yet to play in a competitive match for the Seleccao.

Nani to reject new United deal

Portuguese winger Nani is set to reject a new contract offer from Manchester United, according to Manchester Evening News.

The 25-year-old has been struggling to hold on to a starting place of late, which added fuel to speculations linking him with a January exit from the club.

Nani recently admitted that he didn’t know what the future held for him, with Manchester Evening News learning that the player will reject a contract extension if he is offered one.

Having started just 5 of United’s 13 games this season, the Portuguese winger is clearly unhappy with his status at the club and everything suggests he will quit Old Trafford in January.

Sir Alex Ferguson wants to keep the player at the club, but with so many good attacking options at his disposal, it is highly unlikely that Nani will be held against his will.

Juventus have already expressed their interest in the highly rated midfielder, while AC Milan are also keen.

Since joining Manchester United in a €25 million deal from Sporting Lisbon, Nani has scored 25 goals in 130 Premier League appearances for the club.

Hamburg star coy on exit talk

Hamburger SV forward Heung-Min Son has refused to quash speculation linking him with a move away from the club.

The South Korean has been one of club’s star performers this season, with his talent spotted by some of Europe’s top clubs.

With Son’s contract at Imtech Arena set to expire in June 2014, there is every chance HSV will be forced to sell the player next summer if he rejects a new contract offer.

The 20-year-old admits he is perfectly happy at Hamburg, but reveals that he is still having second thoughts regarding a contract extension.

“I am yet unaware if I am to sign a new deal with Hamburger SV this winter,” Son told Hamburger Morgenpost.

“Still there is no doubt I am very happy about the circumstance of being a player of Hamburger SV. I like the club and I love the fans as much as they love me.”

Heung-Min Son has been on excellent form this season, scoring 5 goals in 9 Bundesliga appearances for the club.
