AC Milan are the subject of transfer rumours almost on a daily basis and this time there is a new player mentioned in such conversations. According to Calciomercato, Milan are willing to sell Davide Calabria, as Sevilla are reportedly interested in making a move for the young full-back.
Scouts from the La Liga club are believed to have watched the 22-year-old in action against Lazio last weekend in which Lazio won 2-1. Calabria has not had an ideal start of the season, not only because of AC Milan not doing well overall, but also because he earned two straight yellow cards in the span of three weeks.
Now, the Rossoneri would be willing to let Calabria leave in January to balance the books and boost the club’s transfer budget, but that could create further problems for them. If Milan sell Calabria, only Andrea Conti would remain at the club as the logical right-back solution and they could be in need of buying a new player in Calabria’s position.
