AC Milan are weighing up move for Ajax stars Christian Eriksen and Toby Alderweireld, according to La Stampa.
The Rossoneri have no choice but to seriously reinforce the squad in January after the dismal start to the season and they are already identifying their targets.
La Stampa understands Milan sporting director Ariedo Braida had the two players watched in the Champions League clash between Ajax and Manchester City.
He was very happy with what he saw, especially from Eriksen, who produced a man of the match performance.
With clubs lining up for the Danish playmaker, the Rossoneri will have to be quick if they want to win the race for the player’s signature.
Getting Toby Alderweireld, on the other hand, should prove to be easier task, even if the Belgian, too, has several high-profile suitors.
Ajax chiefs are reluctant to sell any of the two players at the moment, but it is believed they would not be able to reject a big money offer.
