Milan to sign Ronaldinho replacement

Milan are prepared to sign Cagliari midfielder Andrea Lazzari if Ronaldinho decides to leave San Siro at the end of the season, according to reports from Italy.

Ronaldinho’s contract is set to expire in June and after losing his place in the starting line-up, the Brazilian is unlikely to accept a contract extension.

The Rossoneri are already preparing for life without the Brazilian as they are on the verge of signing Andrea Lazzari from Cagliari.

Milan executive Adriano Galliani has already contacted Cagliari president Massimo Cellino regarding the possibility of signing the highly-regarded midfielder, with the two clubs likely to reach an agreement as soon as Ronaldinho officially decides to leave.

Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has a very high opinion of Lazzari, having coached him for two years at Cagliari and the tactician would love to get reunited with the potential Italy international.

Ronaldinho goes to Flamengo, ’cause Flamengo rulez! Search the history of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo: Zico, Junior, Pele, Gerson, Garrincha, Socrates, Leonardo, Jorginho, Leandro, Zagallo, Adriano, Djalminha, Romario, Juan, Mozer… every SUPER PLAYER playied in Flamengo.

Why Europe’s media it’s so selfish and self-centered? Refusing to recognize the obvious power of clubs outside Europe? In every country, the media deals with football in a MUCH MORE abrangent way.

For me, this its just forced blindness, to create the ilusion europeans clubs are light years ahead (with foreign players) – but the history and the direct matches proves isnt that way.

Indeed, Inter, Barcelona, Real Madrid are perfect examples of how football should be playied, but this is not justification to ignore all the SUPERB and glorious teams in the world (outside Europe).

Where’s topics about LDU, Flamengo, São Paulo, Internacional, Santos, Grêmio, Boca Juniors, Cruzeiro, Peñarol, Estudiantes, Independientes, etc? I doubt any european club could handle these teams or a extremely HARD competition like Brazilian National Championship or Libertadores Cup.

Funny thing is: When some amazing player of these teams go to a squad in Europe, rapidly the news flash everywhere, annoucing the bombastic aquisition and ‘how wonderful these players are’… pfff. (Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Pato, Robinho, Kaká, Crespo, Batistuta, Anderson, Alex, Messi, just to show a few examples of thousands).

    Come on, don’t be hypocrite.

I wish he would come to the MLS we need players like himm over here. Us (Americans) can learn alot by playing with and against players like Becks , Herny, and Marquez. if Players like that keep coming over the US team will get better in my mind. We have alot to learn and they have alot to give us.
