Milan want Ancelotti back at San Siro

AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi has an ambitious plan to bring Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti back to San Siro in the summer, according to Tuttosport.

After Pippo Inzaghi utterly failed to get the maximum out of his squad, the Rossoneri patron wants an experienced coach who would guarantee good results next season.

And with Carlo Ancelotti’s long-term future at Real Madrid in doubt, Berlusconi is set to make a move on one of his favourite tacticians.

Despite doing a great job at Santiago Bernabeu, the Italian coach may be sacked at the end of the season and if that happens, a return to AC Milan would be a realistic possibility.

Even if Ancelotti is likely to receive more lucrative offers in the summer, it is no secret that he has a special place in his heart for the San Siro outfit, having enjoyed eight very successful years in charge of the Rossoneri.
