According to a recent report from Sky Italy, Napoli’s Arkadiusz Milik is closing in on a move to Ligue 1 side Marseille.
The belief is that he is due to leave for France imminently where he is set to undergo a medical, with Marseille having an obligation to buy for €8 million plus €4 million in bonuses. There is also a 20% sell-no clause for any future deal.
Milik has been frozen out at Napoli and wants to try and get some more first team minutes under his belt somewhere, especially given that the Euros are right around the corner and he wants to secure his place in Poland’s squad.
He’s often been viewed as a striker who hasn’t been given enough of a chance to shine by Napoli, and over the course of the next few months, it seems as if we’re finally going to find out what he’s made of thanks to Marseille.
