Turkish champions Bursaspor are set to complete the signing of Rangers striker Kenny Miller, the club announced on Thursday.
The Super Lig holders revealed that the 31-year-old former Hibernian, Wolves and Celtic striker had agreed to terms over a move to Turkey.
There were reports Miller could move to Premier League side Birmingham City where he would be reunited with former boss Alex McLeish, while Italian club Fiorentina also made a play for the Scotland international’s services.
“Kenny Miller today reached an agreement with (Bursaspor technical director) Ozluce Tesisleri,” a Bursaspor statement read.
“The Rangers striker arrived by helicopter and met with Ozluce Tesisleri.”
“The player will sign the official contract and you will be informed about the details later.”
Miller has already found the back of the net at Bursaspor’s Bursa Ataturk Stadium once this season, scoring for Rangers in their 1-1 Champions League draw with the Turks last month.
