Italian TV station Mediaset is reporting that Inter Milan are the latest high-profile side to have joined the race for Olympiakos striker Kostas Mitroglou.
The Greece international is enjoying the most productive season of his career, with the forward already bagging 22 goals this term.
And after Borussia Dortmund and Arsenal expressed their interest in his services, it appears Inter Milan are also keen.
The Nerazzurri are in the market for attacking reinforcements, and they will have money to spend in January after Erick Thohir completed club takeover.
Olympiakos reportedly value the striker at €10 million, but the price is likely to increase following the player’s latest exploits.
Mitroglou scored a brace to help Greece record a 3-1 victory over Romania in the first leg of the World Cup qualifying play-offs, with Inter scouts in the stands at Stadio Georgios Karaiskaki.
The 25-year-old has scored a total of 17 goals in 15 competitive matches for Olympiakos this season.
