Manchester City have won the 2019 Community Shield by beating Liverpool on penalties after the game ended 1-1. Though still lacking some sharpness in front of goal, likely due to a somewhat short pre-season, Mohamed Salah has undoubtedly become one of the world’s finest forwards.
