Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah is open to a move to Barcelona in the summer transfer window, according to Sport. The report in the Spanish publication has claimed that Barcelona are keen on securing the services of Salah at the end of the season, and that the Egypt international forward himself is open to a move to Camp Nou.
Salah has been at Liverpool since 2017 and is out of contract at the Reds in the summer of 2023. The 29-year-old, who has won the Premier League and the Champions League with the Reds, has yet to sign a new deal with the Anfield club. The former Chelsea attacker has scored 117 goals in 184 Premier League appearances so far in his career.
Liverpool are second in the Premier League table at the moment with 66 points from 28 matches, four points behind leaders and defending champions Manchester City, who have played 29 games. Meanwhile, Barcelona currently find themselves third in the La Liga table with 51 points from 27 matches.
