Galatasaray winger Armindo Bruma has been the subject of interest from Monaco and Everton, according to the player’s official representative.
The 19-year-old attacker was hoping to leave the Turkish giants in search of first team football and he had quite a few top sides showing interest in his services.
After Sunderland had puled out of the race last January as the youngster suffered a knee injury, Everton and Monaco both attempted to recruit Bruma on loan in the summer transfer window.
However, Galatasaray were only interested in an outright sale, which eventually saw the Portuguese footballer remain at Turk Telekom Arena.
Bruma’s agent Marco Kirdemir confirmed that Everton and Monaco were keen in an interview to Turkish media, and he hopes his client will have an important role to play for Galatasaray this season.
After making just seven league appearances for the club last term, the youngster has started team’s opening Super Lig fixture against Bursaspor.
