Monaco eyeing Adama Diakhaby

Ligue 1 champions Monaco have been showing interest in Rennes starlet Adama Diakhaby, according to France Football.

The Principality club are in the market for attacking reinforcements having seen Bernardo Silva, Nabil Dirar and Valere Germain leave this summer.

France Football claims that Monaco are hot on the trail of Rennes winger Adama Diakhaby, who showed a great deal of promise in his maiden Ligue 1 campaign.

The Principality club have already opened talks with their league rivals as they hope to agree a fee for the player who has another two years left on his contract.

Diakhaby joined Rennes from Caen as a free agent in November 2015 and he went on to sign a three-year deal with les Bretons on 4th July 2016.
