Monaco set to sign Belgian wonderkid Eliot Matazo

French giants AS Monaco are set to complete the signing of Anderlecht youngster Eliot Matazo, according to France Football.

The Principality club have enjoyed a great deal of success since they decided to focus on recruiting young and talented footballers, recently agreeing a deal for Italian wonderkid Pietro Pellegri.

And while William Geubbels, Jordi Mboula and few more talented youngsters are also on their radar, Anderlecht wonderkid Eliot Matazo is nearing a switch to Stade Louis II.

Despite interest from Manchester United and Bayern, the midfielder has decided to join Monaco, where he should have good exposure to first team football.

Matazo is expected to sign for Monaco in the summer transfer window before being loaned out to gain much needed first team experience.
