According to a report from France Football, Monaco boss Leonardo Jardim has set his sights on Leicester City midfielder Adrien Silva. It would be a move made as part of a bigger plan intended to build a 4-4-2 setup, in the wake of him taking over from Thierry Henry.
Silva has been going, then staying, then going, then staying again throughout the entirety of the January transfer window, and it certainly seems like a story that is going to run all the way up until the deadline. Silva joined Leicester last year from Sporting Lisbon, and it’s safe to say he has failed to make much of an impression at the King Power Stadium.
Leicester still seem to find some value in keeping him on the books, if only to see whether or not they can get an even bigger offer for him in the summer.
Leicester return to action on Wednesday night against Liverpool.
