Morata heading to Juventus

According to a recent report from Sky Italy, Alvaro Morata is set to have a medical today to complete his move to Juventus.

Morata spent two years on loan with the Italian champions between 2014 and 2016, but ever since then, he’s bounced around a handful of top clubs in the form of Real Madrid, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid.

It’s no secret that Juve have been on the hunt for a new forward to work alongside Cristiano Ronaldo up top, and now, they’ve gone back to what they know best in the form of Morata.

Edin Dzeko seemed to be on the verge of a move to Juve but it no longer appears to be on the cards, opening the door for Morata to make his way back over to Italy.

Morata is known for being one of the most lethal forwards in European football today, and it’ll be interesting to see how he settles back into life in Turin.
