Morata linked with Real return
Spanish daily newspaper AS claims that Real Madrid officials are keeping close tabs on former player Alvaro Morata.
The 22-year-old only left Santiago Bernabeu in the summer as he joined Juventus in a €22 million deal, but los Blancos also included a buy-back clause.
Under the terms of the agreement, Real Madrid can purchase Morata for €30 million in the summer or €35 million a year later, while they also have the right of first refusal.
That appears to have been a good piece of business considering that the youngster has largely impressed in Turin and los Blancos are seriously thinking about luring him back to Madrid.
Alvaro Morata has scored 5 goals in as many Serie A starts and appears on the verge of nailing down a regular starting berth.
At the same time, Real officials have been impressed with performances of midfielders Casemiro and Denis Cheryshev, with the duo expected to return to the Bernabeu as well.
Merseyside rivals vying for Rafa Silva
Premier League sides Liverpool and Everton have joined the race for Sporting Braga hotshot Rafa Silva, according to O Jogo.
The Portugal international has been putting in some excellent performances in the Primeira Liga, catching the eye of several top European sides.
O Jogo has learned that both Liverpool and Everton have had scouts watch the attacking midfielder in action with a view of luring him to the Merseyside in the summer.
And while the player’s release clause stands at €25 million, it is believed the 21-year-old would be available for some €10 million.
Rafa Silva has managed 12 goals and 4 assists in 57 competitive outings for Sporting Braga, while also representing Portugal at the 2014 World Cup.
His suitors Liverpool seriously boosted their Champions League hopes with a hard-fought triumph over Tottenham and are now 7/2 for a top 4 finish.
Andre Ayew in high demand
Marseille forward Andre Ayew is currently in talks with four high-profile clubs, Radio Monte Carlo has revealed.
The highly rated footballer will be out of contract in the summer and everything suggests he will be leaving Stade Velodrome on a free transfer.
Ayew has returned to Marseille after taking part at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations, where his Ghana were beaten in the final by Ivory Coast.
And the latest reports suggest he could soon make a decision on his future, with his representatives reportedly in talks with Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool, Everton and Newcastle.
Andre Ayew, 25, is believed to prefer a move to English Premier League, with few more top sides expected to join the race for his signature.
The Ghana international has been at Marseille since 2005 and has scored a total of 37 goals in 142 Ligue 1 appearances for OM.
