Those are the words of Alvaro Morata as reported by Marca, as the forward has confirmed that he wants to stay at Atletico Madrid. Morata joined on loan from Chelsea during the January transfer window, but doesn’t seem to be at all interested in returning to Stamford Bridge. Morata has had a strong showing at Atletico ever since returning to Spanish football, whereas over in England, he failed to find any kind of consistent success.
Atletico are said to be building themselves up as genuine contenders for the La Liga title during the upcoming summer transfer window, and Morata could play a big role in that.
