(GSM) – Internazionale president Massimo Moratti has stated he’s aware of Manchester United’s interest in Wesley Sneijder.
It’s reported United have offered €25 million for the Dutch World Cup star.
When asked for his reaction to the speculation, Moratti said: “I believe that it’s true, but I don’t want to ask for too much so as not to fall into temptation.
“I am enjoying watching Sneijder at the World Cup and I will enjoy watching him at Inter next year too.
“It’s a great satisfaction to know that Inter’s players are so desired on the market because it means that they are very good.”
Finally Moratti dismissed claims Mario Balotelli could be leaving this summer.
“It’s just one of the publicity battles that precede the transfer market. Mario hasn’t asked to be sold, so I don’t understand why I should create a problem of this kind for myself.”
