Morgan Schneiderlin wants Premiership stay

French media outlet L’Equipe understands that Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin would prefer to remain in English Premier League.

Considering that the Frenchman is not in his first team plans, manager Jose Mourinho has made it clear the 27-year-old is available for sale, albeit not for a loan deal.

There are quite a few clubs from abroad that have been showing interest in the France international, including AS Roma, AC Milan, Sevilla and Valencia, but the player reportedly wants to stay in the Premier League.

Having spent last eight and a half years in England, Schneiderlin has no plans to leave the UK, although Jose Mourinho is unlikely to sell to a top 4 rival.

His former club Southampton could join the race, while it is believed that Everton and West Bromwich are readying big money proposals for his services.

Schneiderlin was restricted to there substitute appearances this season and no wonder he is looking for a way out.
