Jose Mourinho on Wednesday admitted that he wants to move to Spain to try to win a La Liga title.
The Inter Milan boss is in his first season at the helm of a Serie A club but already he is looking on towards his next challenge.
“For me this is my first year in Italy, contracts can be torn up but I want to continue here,” he told Italia 1.
“It hasn’t been easy coming to Italy but since I’ve been at Inter no-one has been more of a fan than me.
“My dream is to win three championships in Europe: I’ve won in England with Chelsea, I’ll do my utmost to win in Italy and then I want to also win in Spain.”
Mourinho’s Inter are seven points clear of second-placed Juventus at the top of Serie A with nine matches left to play.
In fact Mourinho already has titles in two different countries but in only one of the big three European Leagues.
At Chelsea the Portuguese boss won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and two League Cups.
But in his homeland with FC Porto he landed European honours as well as domestic success, claiming both the Champions League and UEFA Cup as well as two titles and the Portuguese Cup.
