Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly hot on the trail of Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado, Tuttosport can reveal.
The Colombian has become one of the most sought-after players in world football and it is only a matter of time before he leaves Viola for greener pastures.
But, while Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Manchester United have been mentioned as possible destinations, the latest reports suggest Chelsea are keen as well.
Jose Mourinho has been impressed with Cuadrado’s versatility given that he can play on either side of defence and midfield as well as operate just behind the strikers, although the Portuguese is likely to face a stiff competition for his signature.
The Colombia star is currently in talks over a new deal at Artemio Franchi that will see a €35 million buy-out clause included.
Fiorentina are slowly recovering from the poor start to the season and they are available at 21/20 to defeat Lazio next weekend.
