Jose Mourinho has singled out Fernando Llorente as his number one target for the summer transfer window.
The Portuguese coach is clearly not happy with his attacking options and he sees the Spain international as the perfect addition to the Real attack.
Mourinho has been impressed by Llorente’s performances and he really likes the fact that the striker is Spanish since Mou wants to have as many domestic players as possible in the squad.
Real will, however, not make a move in January but will rather wait until the summer and then bid for the striker whose release clause now stands at €36 million.
Los Merengues are hoping Athletic Bilbao will lower the asking price for the Spain hitman, although with the player’s contract valid until June 2013, Real could be forced to pay the full price in the summer.
