Mourinho refuses to speak about transfers

Jose Mourinho has refused to talk about transfers as the questions continue to pile up in the wake of Manchester United’s loss against Brighton & Hove Albion at the weekend. The Red Devils suffered a 3-2 defeat against the Seagulls, with many wanting to know whether or not their business in the summer transfer window had anything to do with it. In a short response, Mourinho simply said: The window opens on January 1. It is closed”.

The Portuguese manager has been known to have a bit of an attitude, with many commenting on the fact that he seems to be miserable in his current position at Old Trafford. That’s not exactly a new sensation for Jose, either, as it appears to have been the case at his last few clubs.

Diogo Dalot, Fred and Lee Grant were the only players that United purchased in a somewhat uninspiring summer transfer window this year.
