Italian daily newspaper La Stampa has suggested that Manchester United are readying summer bid for Juventus hotshot Alvaro Morata.
It is no secret that the Red Devils are in need of attacking reinforcements and it is believed that Jose Mourinho will oversee all transfers when he takes over the reigns from Louis van Gaal.
According to the latest reports from Italy, the Special One has made Juventus forward Alvaro Morata his number one target.
Despite showing a great deal of potential in Turin, the 23-year-old hasn’t quite managed to nail down a regular starting berth and he is now behind Mario Mandzukic, Paulo Dybala and Simone Zaza in the pecking order.
And with Juventus keen on Edinson Cavani, it is believed the Bianconeri would consider selling the Spaniard in case of a good offer.
It is important to note though that Real Madrid could spoil Jose Mourinho’s plans considering they have the option to buy Morata back for €32 million next summer.
