Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho has refused to rule out a possibility of a summer exit from Estadio Dragao.
The highly rated midfielder was linked with a number of Europe’s top sides this summer and it is believed he will be allowed to leave if the price is right.
Manchester United and Barcelona are thought to be keen on the Portuguese international, who further established his reputation with some scintillating displays at the European Championship.
The player now explains that it’s up to Porto chiefs to decide whether he can leave the club or not.
“Future? This is something we have to ask FC Porto. I know nothing and was focused on the game,” Moutinho said to Radio e Televisao de Portugal following the 1-0 victory over Academica in Portuguese Super Cup.
The 25-year-old arrived to Porto in an €11 million deal from Sporting Lisbon in the summer of 2010.
The diminutive playmaker quickly established himself as an important member of the side and went on to score 3 goals in 56 league appearances for the Dragons.
