According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Brighton & Hove Albion forward Glenn Murray is set for a move to Queens Park Rangers.
The veteran striker has been at Watford for the last few months on a season-long loan deal, but the belief is that it will be coming to a premature end. In its place, instead of retiring, Murray will turn his attention towards trying to help out QPR.
Brighton don’t seem to believe that Murray is capable of bringing them any sustained success at the age of 37 and while there are criticisms to be made for that point of view, there is a degree of accuracy that resides within it.
Murray is someone who can add value to just about any team if he is utilised in the correct manner, and if QPR play their cards right, they could have one hell of a player on their hands.
