Cameroon international Landry N’Guemo is keen to turn the Nancy midfielder’s season-long loan at Celtic into a permanent move.
The 24-year-old has impressed at Parkhead this season and Celtic have a £1.8million option to keep him permanently.
“When I first made the move here it was a step into the unknown,” explained N’Guemo. “I didn’t know how things would work out at such a prestigious club as Celtic.
“But I’ve settled now and feel I have made a good choice. The manager has told me he wants to keep me and it would please me to stay.
“As it stands I’m tied to Nancy until 2011 but we’ll see what happens in the future.”
