Portuguese Liga club Nacional de Madeira have announced the signing of Serbian midfielder Ivan Todorovic.  The 26 year old, who has arrived from Russian side FC KAMAZ Naberezhnye Chelny, has signed a four and a half year contract with Nacional.

Todorovic began his career with FK Zeta and was part of the Serbian team that played in the European U-21 Championships held in 2006 in Portugal. Serbia reached the semifinals before losing to eventual runners up Ukraine on penalties.

Nacional also announced that they had scrapped plans of signing left back Bruno Teles from Juventude. The 23 year old failed to clear his medical, leading to his transfer being cancelled. The Alvorada born defender had joined Juventude only last year from Gremio.
