Monaco are prepared to offer Portuguese winger Nani an escape route from Old Trafford, according to L’Equipe.
With Nani’s current deal set to expire in June 2014, both sides are keen to end their cooperation this summer.
Manchester United value the player at mere €10 million, but his €7 million yearly wage is proving to be a huge obstacle to any deal.
After Galatasaray failed to meet United’s asking price, L’Equipe reports that Monaco are hoping to lure the Portugal international to Stade Louis II.
United’s valuation of the player is well within Monaco’s price range, but it remains to be seen if the Principality Club can agree personal terms with the winger.
Meanwhile, Inter Milan and Anzhi Makhachkala are also keeping close tabs on the player who was handed just 7 Premier League starts last season.
Nani, 26, has made a total of 135 Premier League appearances for the Red Devils and scored 25 goals.
