The 31-year-old Zenit left-back Domenico Criscito is once again being linked with a Serie A move with Napoli and Inter Milan thought to have reignited their interest in signing the former Genoa and Juventus defender.
Criscito has been constantly linked with Italy return over the past couple of transfer windows and with his contract with the Russian giants set to expire, the experienced defender might very well be on his way back home.
Inter Milan and Napoli are both looking to strengthen the backbone of their respective squads heading into the second part of the season and Criscito could be an affordable but highly valuable option.
With Davide Santon linked with a Galatasaray switch, Luciano Spalletti has identified the player he worked with for three years at Zenit as the perfect replacement.
Napoli are in the race as well with Maurizio Sarri looking for a replacement for injured Faouzi Ghoulam, who will be out of action until February.
