According to a recent report from Corriere dello Sport, Napoli have entered themselves into the race to try and sign Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian forward is said to be a target for Inter Milan, with some reports even suggesting that a deal has already been agreed between the two parties. Lukaku, however, is believed to be more interested in working with Antonio Conte, who recently signed on as Inter’s new manager. Either way it seems like it’s going to be quite the tussle in order to land his signature, especially seeing as Manchester United haven’t really confirmed one way or another whether or not they’re interested in selling. Lukaku hasn’t exactly had the best of seasons, but he’s still proven himself enough in the eyes of many fans to warrant another chance in the Premier League. For now, however, it seems like a stay in Italy is much more likely.
