According to recent reports over in Italy, Napoli have entered the race to try and sign James Rodriguez. The 27 year old’s future has been up for debate over the course of the last few months, with fans deliberating as to whether or not he’d remain with Bayern Munich, go back to parent club Real Madrid, or move elsewhere. It’s no secret that Juventus have been particularly interested in securing his services, but now, their Serie A rivals have entered the equation.
One of the biggest questions surrounding a potential move to Juve for Rodriguez was whether or not he’d get consistent game time in the first team. If he decided to go over to Napoli then that likely wouldn’t even be an issue, with many experts choosing to believe that he’d walk into their starting XI.
Regardless of whether or not that’s true, it’ll certainly make for an interesting summer transfer window in regards to James.
