Il Corriere dello Sport has revealed that Napoli are keeping close tabs on Lech Poznan midfielder Karol Linetty.
The Azzurri have made signing a central midfielder a priority in the winter transfer window and are already looking at potential targets.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Polish international midfielder Karol Linetty is one of the first names on their hit list.
The Azzurri have been impressed with the youngster’s performances for club and country this season and they hope to lure him to Stadio San Paoli in the January window.
The only problem is that Serie A rivals Fiorentina are also showing interest in his services.
The 20-year-old has already made 77 league appearances for Lech Poznan, while scoring one goal in four Europa League games this term.
He has been a member of the Poland squad that secured their place at the Euro 2016 finals, making two appearances in the process.
