Italian giants Napoli are keeping close tabs on Manchester City midfielder Oleksandr Zinchenko, Il Corriere dello Sport can reveal.
The 20-year-old moved to Etihad Stadium after showing a great deal of promise at Ufa, but he was loaned to PSV Eindhoven shortly afterwards.
Zinchenko failed to impress at Phillips Stadium, making just 12 league appearances in total, but Napoli sporting department, nonetheless, believe he can be a good addition to the squad.
The Azzurri are expected to submit a loan proposal for the Ukraine international as he is unlikely to feature in Pep Guardiola’s plans this season.
Despite his fragile age, Zinchenko already has 11 Ukraine caps to his name and he made three appearances at the Euro 2016 finals.
