Napoli are exploring the possibility of signing Pablo Osvaldo from Roma and Abel Hernandez from Palermo, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
It is no secret the Azzurri are hoping to add another forward to their ranks despite signing Gonzalo Higuain a couple of weeks back.
Napoli were looking to lure Porto’s Jackson Martinez to Stadio San Paolo, but despite agreeing personal terms with the player, they have given up on the Colombian after his employers refused to lower the €40 million asking price.
Il Corriere dello Sport has now suggested that the Azzurri have switched their attention to Roma forward Pablo Daniel Osvaldo.
The Giallorossi are prepared to negotiate the sale and it only remains to be seen if the two clubs can reach an agreement on the transfer fee.
Should Napoli fail in their attempts to sign the Italy international, they will make a move on Palermo starlet Abel Hernandez.
