Serie A hotshots Napoli are said to be looking at the Chelsea forward Michy Batshuayi as a potential summer reinforcement in the attacking department.
The Belgium international is back with Chelsea following a six-month loan at Borussia Dortmund but it is still unclear whether the Blues new boss Maurizio Sarri is planning to utilize him next season.
Sarri has already been linked with moves for the likes of Gonzalo Higuain and Robert Lewandowski which is enough to suggest that Batshuayi is once again being disregarded at Stamford Bridge.
The 24-year-old enjoyed a fine spell in Germany in the second part of the 2017/18 season, scoring nine goals in 14 competitive appearances for Borussia Dortmund.
His high-flying Bundesliga stint was reportedly enough to persuade Carlo Ancelotti of his ability and potential with Tuttosport reporting that the new Napoli boss is keen to bring Batshuayi to Italy.
Everton are also said to be interested in signing Batshuayi but Napoli are believed to be holding a slight edge over the Toffees due to the fact they will be playing European football next season.
