Napoli to bid for Denis Suarez

Serie A giants Napoli are readying summer bid for Villarreal winger Denis Suarez, Don Balon has suggested.

The 22-year-old had a key role to play in helping his side eliminate the Azzurri from Europa League, scoring the winner in the first leg before setting up Tomas Pina for the crucial away goal at Stadio San Paolo.

And it looks as though Napoli have taken notice of his impressive performances, seeing that they are now keen to lure him to Italy.

The Azzurri are aware that Barcelona have the option to buy the player back from Villarreal for mere €3 million, but they are prepared to negotiate a deal with the Catalans as well if needed.

Denis Suarez has shown a great deal of potential since joining from Camp Nou, helping the Yellow Submarine reach Europa League last 16 stage, where they are 11/10 to win the first leg vs Bayer Leverkusen.
