Napoli to pay over £37m for Rodriguez?

According to a recent report from Corriere dello Sport, Napoli are going to have to pay a huge £37.35 million in order to lure James Rodriguez to the club. James would be reuniting with Carlos Ancelotti, who was his former manager at both Bayern Munich and Real Madrid. Ancelotti is said to be very interested in offering the Colombian sensation a way out of his current situation, after a few years of mediocrity at Bayern (and Real before that). James’ saga has been ongoing for what feels like forever, to the point where many fans already kind of knew that he’d be moving onto something new long before it was actually confirmed.

Napoli have been one of the best clubs in Italian football for a few years now, but there are still a few question marks as to the feasibility of them challenging Juventus for the title.

James, though, would almost certainly improve their chances.
