“If City or United or PSG with €100m (£90m) showed up, I would think about it and it is probable that they would leave, always if their will was to leave,” Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis told Corriere dello Sport. “I don’t even consider an offer of €60m (£55m).”
There has been a great deal of speculation surrounding the future of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly for a few seasons now. Some believe that he’ll stay and others feel like he’ll jump at the chance at taking, what many consider to be, a step up in his career.
He is easily one of the most complete defenders in world football, and Napoli will be well aware of that. They want to get as much as they possibly can for him, because replacing Koulibaly at the back is going to be the definition of a tall order.
First things first – they need some offers.
