Serie A giants Napoli have set their sights on no fewer than three Atalanta footballers, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
The Azzurri have established very good relationship with their league rivals and they have now met to discuss some potential business deals.
Il Corriere dello Sport claims that talented goalkeeper Marco Sportiello will be the main subject of the meeting, as Napoli officials see the 24-year-old as a perfect long-term successor to Pepe Reina.
The former Italy Under-21 international has impressed after coming through the youth ranks of the club’s famous academy and he has so far featured in 76 Serie A games.
At the same time, Napoli are showing interest in his teammates Andrea Conti and Marten de Roon, who have also been in fine form this season.
The Azzurri are determined to mount a serious title challenge next season and they are expected to seriously reinforce the squad in the summer.
