Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri could be joining Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window, according to Daily Mail.
Sources from the club have told the newspaper that the player is extremely disappointed by Roberto Mancini’s decision to criticize him in public last week.
As a result, the highly rated midfielder is considering his options and is edging closer to the summer exit from the Etihad.
The latest developments will be music to PSG’s ears and especially sporting director Leonardo, who is keen on luring Nasri to Parc des Princes.
The Saints currently have plenty of options in the final third, but they are prepared to make way for such a high-quality player.
Nasri, 25, used to play for PSG arch rivals Marseille, but that shouldn’t be a problem for the player who hasn’t shown a great deal of loyalty during his career.
The France international left Arsenal to sign for Manchester City in the final days of the summer transfer window in 2011.
