Kyle Naughton has admitted that he may leave Tottenham Hotspur in the summer if he continues to be played out of position, the Mirror understands.
The defender has made just eleven league appearances this season, though he has barely featured in his preferred position of right back due to the continued form of his former Sheffield United teammate and namesake Kyle Walker.
The North London signed both Naughton and Walker from the Blades back in the summer of 2009, though England international Walker has made by far the most appearances of the two.
Since moving to Spurs, Naughton has racked up over eighty league appearances in loan spells with Middlesbrough, Leicester City and Norwich City.
With Walker currently out injured, Naughton is set to feature for Tim Sherwood’s side in their Europa League Round of 32 second leg tie against Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, where they trail 1-0 from last week’s game in Ukraine.
