Wales have come one final step away from qualifying for the upcoming European Championship by beating Finland 4-1 at the Cardiff City Stadium on Thursday in the semifinals of the play-offs.
David Brooks broke the deadlock within three minutes, and 35 minutes later, Neco Williams scored this fine strike to extend the home nation’s lead. Teemu Pukki pulled one back for Finland just before the break, but two minutes into the second half, Brennan Johnson made it 3-1. Finally, with four minutes remaining, Daniel James set the final score.
